Push ups exercise routine

I'm an enormous enthusiast of this great practice since it works the whole body, smoldering a lot of calories, and fixes my mid-section muscles. This is one of the oldest type of exercise an is widely used.

Now that we are done with the introduction lets jump right into how to do it correctly.



Step by step instructions to do it:
1. Get down on all fours and place your hands on the floor
2. They should be marginally more extensive than and in accordance with your shoulders,
3. Get your feet near one another.
4. Bring down your body until your mid-section about touches the floor and after that bring yourself back to the beginning position. Make a point to keep your hips lifted and your center propped the whole time.

Benefits of doing push ups:
1. Push ups help you to tone up your arms as well as the chest area. The legs are affected in this exercise too. Its a complete workout.
2. Push ups boost your metabolism which is great for loosing excess weight and burning out those fats.
3. Push ups don't need any expensive equipment and are completely free. All you need is you.
